Of course Colette hopes you are happy with your purchase. If your order is not what you expected and you’d like to return it, this is how:

Please note: when returning from outside the EU, a customs handling fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund
- You have 14 days to register your return from the moment you receive your order
- The items should be in perfect, unworn condition & in the original packaging.
- If any protective material was used on the item, please reapply it.
- To start your return, complete this return form.
- Please note custom made items and art prints cannot be returned
Please note: you will need to pay to send the goods to us and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage: if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility.
If an item is custom made for you, it is not possible to return the items. This includes all art prints (as they’re made to order), custom made jewellery and custom made jewellery boxes.
If a return is initiated from outside the EU, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees associated with returning the goods. Any such charges imposed on House of Colette due to a return shipment may be deducted from the refund amount.
Wrong, damaged or faulty item
If you receive a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please let us know by sending an email to hi@houseofcolette.com. We will send you an already paid for return label.
