Shipping

We strive to ship in 48 hours from the moment you place your order. We ship using PostNL, the estimated shipping times are:

• NL: 1-2 business days
• Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany: +/- 5 business days
• France, Spain & Italy: 3-5 business days
• Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days

Please note our prices do not include taxes or customs fees that may be imposed by your country.

Please make sure that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for items not received as a result of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items returned due to an incorrect shipping address will be resent upon receipt, but will require an additional shipping fee.

Regarding Lost Packages: In the unfortunate event of a lost package during transit, we will make every effort to help you. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we are no longer liable for the package.
